Returns for Exchange

• Returns must be received within 7 days of the customer receiving the product(s).
• The product(s) should be in its original condition and package.
• Goods purchased invoice should be produced.
• Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges.

Returns for Faulty Products

• If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
• Please contact info@penguintoys.lk or call us at 011-2436982 to arrange a return for the product.
• Faulty products once received by Penguin Toys can be exchanged for new one or a refund.

Penguin Toys provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products.
